Check-Out: 11am (overstays past 11am will be charged a penalty fee up to the amount of an additional night at full rate).
Upon check out we ask that you exit the hotel/campground area and park at the Main Theme Park Parking Lot. Your Accommodations Parking Tag will give you access to the Main Theme Park Parking Lot. Park Admission sold separately.
Proof of identification and residency will be necessary at check in; persons younger than 21 are not permitted to register, make reservations, complete check in, or receive unit keys. Please respect quiet hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am
Non-Smoking Policy
To keep Six Flags Darien Lake Hotel and Campground a family friendly destination, all of our hotel rooms and rental units are Non-Smoking. Due to New York State Regulations, all hotel rooms and rental units designated Non-Smoking must truly be smoke-free for ALL guests. Please be courteous to others and refrain from smoking indoors.
Any smoking in our hotel rooms or rental units may result in immediate eviction, and a fee of $930 USD will be charged to the registered guest for cleaning and lost business. New York State requires that all designated Non-Smoking rooms that are used by a smoker be professionally cleaned before use by other guests.
Park Admission
Park admission is not included in lodging packages. Park admission is not required to stay overnight however is required if a guest wishes to visit the theme park/water park. Park admission can be acquired HERE.
Housekeeping/Maintenance Concerns
To ensure a positive guest experience, please report any housekeeping or maintenance issues immediately to either the hotel front desk or the camping office. Six Flags Darien Lake does not compensate for issues reported after check out that could have been corrected during your stay.
Hotel guests please note – in accordance with our safety protocols, housekeepers will not enter your room during your stay. Should you need additional towels, amenities, or your room requires attention, please contact the front desk.
Lost/Unreturned Rental Keys
Guests staying in a rental unit are issued 2 (two) keys and agree to pay a fee of $25 USD per key, if unreturned or lost.
Trash
Unremoved trash from site/unit will incur a fee of minimum $25 USD upon check out; trash receptacles are located throughout the campground for guests to utilize. We kindly ask that all trash is placed in the dumpsters only. Please do not leave trash on your site, at the road, or on the ground around the dumpster.
Parking
Six Flags Darien Lake Accommodations Guests park free of charge during your stay directly in the hotel lot, or at your Cabin, Guest House, RV, or Campsite. Limit two vehicles per site. We kindly ask that you do not park on grass areas where designated parking areas are provided. Please properly display your vehicle permit so that our Security staff can clearly identify your vehicle as a Darien Lake Accommodations Guest. This will avoid removal of your vehicle at your expense on the last day of your visit.
Golf Carts
Guests are allowed (1) personal golf cart, per unit/site. Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and be over the age of 18 years old, have proof of insurance, and obey all posted traffic control signs. Campground speed limit is 10mph. Golf cart Rentals are available at our General Store, located in Darien Square. ATVs/UTVs/RTVs are not permitted.
Mobility Rentals
Choose from a variety of options to assist you during your visit! (fees based on rental type) Wagons, wheelchairs, & Electric Scooters. Rentals can be secured at the General Store. Quantities are limited, available on a first come first served basis; we apologize RESERVATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
Pet-Friendly Campground
We welcome you to bring up to (2) family pets, under 75-pounds, to our campground. Up to date vaccination records must be signed upon check in. A $75 advanced registration fee is required for stays up to 6-nights USD nonrefundable; $100 fee for stays of 7-nights or more. There is no fee for pets occupying your own unit. All pets must be provided water, food, shade, and remain quiet when you are not there to attend to them. You are required to clean up after your pets and keep them leashed at all times. Tent Policies
For the enjoyment and space considerations for all guests – we ask that no more than (2) tents be placed on your site.
Refund Policy
If there are any issues with your site or rental unit, please contact us right away so we can correct it. We do not compensate for unreported items that we could have corrected while you are here.

General Security Policies
Violation of the following will be grounds for eviction and/or arrest:
Excessive use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION WILL BE GROUNDS FOR EVICTION (WITH NO REFUND).
Prohibited Items
Marijuana (including marijuana enriched products), firearms, weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, motorized scooters, boats, kayaks, canoes, ATV’s.
Eviction
Six Flags Darien Lake, its employees, and/or agents reserve the right to immediately remove anyone from our property at anytime during their stay, without monetary compensation, due to the following: Failure to adhere to Guest Codes of Conduct, Failure to follow smoking Policies, Failure to adhere to Quiet Hours, Damage to Vacation or other Guest property, Lack of Payment, Disorderly Conduct in the Amusement Park, Intoxication, Harassment, Theft, Unregistered Guests in Rooms/Houses/Cabins/RVs/Sites, Criminal Activity of any kind, Providing Alcohol to those under 21 years of age, or any other like action that management/security may deem inappropriate.
Visitor and Additional Guest Policy
Reserving guests may only have (1) reservation in their name, for each night of stay (multiple units in the same guest names are not allowed). All guests occupying a Room/Unit/Site must be registered. Additional guests may be added to your reservation as long as you do not exceed the maximum number of people allotted for your site/unit type. Maximum number of guests per Room/Unit/Site will not exceed: (8) for most lodging options; up to 6 people in hotel rooms and standard campsites, up to 8-adults and 2-Children in our Guest Houses. Park admission sold separately and is not included when adding a visitor to your reservation. Park admission can be purchased in the form of day tickets or passes. More information can be found HERE.
